Loved the ambience and style of this place, light, spacious and airy. Though we had to walk to the hostel as we arrived in the height of Christmas festivities, it was not too long of a walk to get to the hostel with our bags though navigating the crowded streets was a challenge. All the staff are all super friendly and helpful; they all seem to be happy working there and well looked after. We loved the food served here, fresh and tasty as well as a good range of options. We opted for a Delux room as there were three of us travelling, room was clean and spacious. We loved the communal areas of this hostel, gave us the space when we needed to get away from the chaos on the streets of Varanasi. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to get to the ghats depending on the time of day and how busy the streets are. Thank you to the Bedzz team for making us feel so welcome

Starting with the ambiance of the hotel, the have not failed to maintain the aesthetics and the cleanliness. Property is Very clean and peaceful. Talking about the service the staff is very cooperative and they are doing their best to make you comfortable. I would suggest that they must improve their food taste and quality, for now it is preferable that you do not take meal options as their are restaurants and chat bhandars nearby which can serve you more tasty delicacies. Overall it's not a bad option even if you are traveling solo and are looking for dorms. Also Rooms are of decent size and they do have a chilling lounge.

The rooms were super clean and well maintained. Cleanest washrooms in any hostel I've stayed in. The staff were also super helpful and kind. 10/10 for the location as well, easily walkable distance from all the main spots. Nothing to complain about!

The girl at reception was highly rigid & unaccommodating. She was not interested to listen but was in hurry to reply negative. Receptionist should be a person who should be humble & accommodating with in frame work of hotel policies. Take comments in the right spirit.
